The last week in Provo

Hoi!

How is everyone? I am doing fantastic! We finally got our travel plans! It says we are on delta 619. Look it up and then tell me what exactly the flight is. On our flight plans it says we have a straight flight but one of the elders fathers sent him something that said we have a layover so I am not sure. We leave to the airport at 7 30 I believe. Wes and Coll are not going to school until after I call! and the layover is at like 4 30 so just tell me who I should call and at what time. I just want to go already! Just one more week!
CONGRATULATIONS Ka and Andres! Im so happy for both of you! Thank you Andres for your letter about a week ago It was just what I needed to hear. Saturday was hard knowing that all of the family was going to be together but I got through it :)
My Branch President and the first Counselor really upset me this sunday. We were in a meeting and they told us they were going to be gone for our last sunday. They are going to the BYU game. That was some of the most painful news I have heard. They said they would cheer for me. Sister Hill (President Hills wife) told me she sat next to dad eating sushi or something? haha too funny.
I cant believe Lex knows my teacher now! Zo gek! It is kinda weird having a sister teacher. We dont have any sisters going to our mission with us so its just weird. I feel like I cant even talk to girls hahaha!  My teacher tried to explain to me how it came up but she was telling me in Dutch and she speaks a way fast like think of a fast english speaker and times it by 10! so I didnt really understand it. Oh well.
There is an Elder from the Netherlands and he is going to Salt Lake. He is so cool! I love him! We talk to him all the time!!
Thank you Mixes and Salees (I actually dont know how to spell Jocee's last name haha) for the Krispy Creme. Everyone in my floor appreciates them haha :) Everyone gets so much food in the MTC. We could easily live off of what we are sent in packages!
Hows your foot wes? any better? I hated physical therapy but it gets better I promise!
Coll how come I have yet to receive a letter from you about ball? Ive asked like100000000000 times homie :) haha
    I miss you all!

Loved Seeing the Sikahemas

Hoi!
This week has been the best so far even though it was the hardest for me. I got to see the Sikahemas and they are basically family! It was so hard not to be able to hug the Lana and Keala. But I was so excited when I heard Vai was speaking! He did amazing! I wasn't able to see trey because he was going back to Jersey. I didn't want to say bye to them!
We get our travel plans this week! can you believe that I have already been gone a month?? days really are slow but weeks are fast! only two more weeks then I'm outta here! I cannot wait to get to the Netherlands! Dutch is so hard and ridiculous but I love it. It is definitely not the prettiest language but I know its the best!
We do the same thing everyday so its hard to write in my journal and letters home! Finally some of my friends that said they would write me wrote me! Letters are what keep us missionaries sane in the MTC! when you don't get letters its the worst feeling! that's kinda sad that that is the worst feeling you can feel in the MTC! But its actually a great thing! Everyone is so happy and the spirit is everywhere! I have already learned so much! and I definitely learned that I am not a scripture wiz! I'm more of a person who relates to others but Its so hard cause I don't know how to say a lot so there are times when there is something I want to say but I cant cause I don't know how to say it yet! haha but its so crazy to me that I can teach in dutch. Without notes. obviously the sentence structure is wrong and I cant say all the words but We teach and they are pretty good :) haha I love and miss you all!

Another Gek Week

Hallo!
Hoe gaat het? Every week is a pretty gek week. Good luck Jordan (Maw) and Brian (Carter)! You guys will  be amazing! I will probably see Brian! I am not a host this week and I dont know if I will be. We have to miss class to be a host and I need all the class time I can get for this language! Lessons are getting easier. Still very difficult to pick up the sentence structure but words are coming a lot easier now!
Thank you everyone who sent packages and letters! Seriously I have so many treats and snacks! Ella is the cutest little girl ever! Thank you Amber for the Pictures of her! so adorable! I am writing letters to those that did though! Since I am now the new District Leader I have the opportunity to get the mail for everyone! haha that is basically the only difference for being a DL in the MTC! But I must say Im a pretty good mail getter since I love getting mail haha!
Everyone is getting colds in our zone and our district got the bug this week so everyday someone new was not looking too good! but we are almost over it! Ka that story you sent me was amazing! I wont type it out but if you want to add it to my letter you can! It was just so cool :) Also Ka, can you send me the notes you took when I got set apart and when mom took the notes when I got the priesthood. thank you :) It would also be nice to have pocket hymn books but they dont sell them here!  Brother Hoodges (1st counselor in the branch presidency) says thank you to the Bosco Family and I will let you interpret that as you please :) haha
There are so many funny stories but here is my favorite. I was talking to Elder Bean and he said you don't look very good. and I said I feel like a biljoen bils. I was trying to say a million bucks in dutch but a biljoen bils in dutch means a million butts. hahahahaha we were dying of laughter! Thats probably not even funny but we were laughing so hard! AND FINALLY I HAVEN'T BITTEN MY NAILS FOR 6 DAYS! I'm going to stop my bad habit :)
I love you all. Alles Wel!

Spiritual laundry and Magic Tuesday

Hallo!
I love the MTC! The spirit is seriously everywhere! even while doing laundry! haha This week went by pretty fast but it was a great week! So last Tuesday we had Magic Tuesday! very few missionaries have to do a magic tuesday and of course we had to. We had to go give blood and then give a stool sample because Belgium is nazi about us Americans! Seriously the tube was nickel wide! It was awful! It was a good experience.
Things are going good. Sunday was great, testimony meeting was on of my favorites. Also, Elder Dallin H. Oaks' daughter gave us a devotional tuesday night. Go look up her credentials! She is an amazing woman!
Lessons are going pretty good in Dutch! I cant believe I'm already teaching in Dutch! so crazy! Im not very good but that doesn't matter cause the only language we need to be fluent in is the language of the spirit! Ive never thought of it like that before! In one of our lessons I told my comp to Mosiah 18:8-10 (I think) but he marked 17:8-10 so instead of reading about baptism we read about Abinidi.  I had no idea because it was in Dutch! But then I finally caught it.
Send more letters! I haven't even got any from some of you! (cough Amber cough) but seriously mail is the best. It really makes me feel like I can do this!
My companion is awesome! My district is so sick! Elder Peterson, Elder Elkins, Elder Bean! I love them! and Elder Sudweeks cause he is so funny! My branch president it awesome! President Hill. Everyone knows Dad too. I love it :)
I love you all! I love you fam and miss you! I think about you every night!
Alles wel!
